- A hop of historical value, the CANADIAN REDVINE is a French-Canadian aromatic brewing cultivar that was cultivated in particular in the hopyards of New York State in the 19th century. This cultivar was found and successfully identified in the 1990s. With varied flavors, it is particularly suited to English and American ales. About 5% alpha acids and 3.5% beta acids.
