That's it, you are there now! 

On the first year, there is no production, plants grow up to around 2 meters.

On the second year, they grow up to 5 meters in 2 months (!) and produce around 500 g of green (wet) cones!

Starting on the third year, plants are considered mature. They grow up to 5 meters and can produce around 1 KG of green (wet) cones, enough to make around 500 beers or orther beverages!

This means, with 2nd year and mature plants, you save respectively 1 and 2 years. They are also certified organic by OCQV.

Hops can live up to 100 years, with around 20 years of good yield.

As results differ from one site to another, we recommand to start by testing different cultivars at a small scale. You could have good surprises!
